All orders are processed and shipped from Cayey, Puerto Rico.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside these regions at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.
Please note that processing and delivery times may be slightly delayed during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to weather conditions.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location.
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, New Adara Nails is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the carrier.
If your package appears lost or damaged, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
You may also email us at info@adaranails.com for assistance in initiating a carrier claim.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Store Availability
We do not offer local pickup.
However, New Adara Nails products are available for purchase at authorized physical retailers.
