We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, New Adara Nails cannot be held responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
All sale items, discounted products, promotional bundles, and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
Changes or Cancellations
